If the marriage done by mutual consent then you can not cancel it. It is an essential requirement for marriage that both the parties should be of legal age to get marriage. If they are of legal age then it cannot be challenged. “Right to marry a person of one’s choice is integral to right to life and liberty” the Supreme Court has held it earlier. Hon’ble Supreme Court held that “The choice of a partner whether within or outside marriage lies within the exclusive domain of each individual. Intimacies of marriage lie within a core zone of privacy, which is inviolable.” You cannot coerce the marriage from the legal point of view.
